The ground floor has two bedrooms with ample space, an open lounge with comfortable seating and television access, a dining area and a kitchen. It also has a private garden and an open veranda with seating. The first floor has the same layout, and also has a private garden and a closed balcony. Both floors are connected through stairs inside the house that lead down from the front entrance and foyer.
